Ready to create EASE in your life? 

Schedule a complimentary 30 minute Coaching Discovery Session, during which we will discuss your  concerns, needs and intentions. With your unique situation in mind, I will explain the coaching process and procedures. If we are a good fit, we move forward.

For Student Life Coaching (High School & College age only) - schedule a discovery session for both you and your student together. Meeting together ensures everyone is aligned, as we clarify how coaching can help. It also allows the child to feel that their voice is valued and equal to the parent's, which is crucial for building a coaching relationship based on respect and trust.
