Why Work With Me
As a Senior Trainer with the Coach Approach Training Institute (CATI), I support coaches throughout their development by facilitating advanced training, providing individualized feedback on live coaching sessions, recorded coaching conversations, and learning assessments. This experience has given me a deep understanding of how coaches grow and what helps them develop confidence and mastery.
I am currently completing the ICF requirements to obtain their Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) certification, reflecting my commitment to continually strengthening my skills as a mentor coach. Drawing on my ongoing professional development and years of teaching and coaching experience, I offer thoughtful, experience-based feedback that is grounded in current ICF standards and delivered with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
