Meet the Team

Ann Bishop
Pathways Organizing, Associate Professional Organizer
After a three-decade corporate career in information technology, Ann decided in 2009 to follow her passion by helping others with their organizing challenges and projects. She loves working with clients to remove the “overwhelm” associated with their homes and offices, as well as during a health crisis or after a death. She gained a deeper appreciation of the latter after handling her father’s elder care and estate administration. Her IT background has proven invaluable in helping clients organize their digital information and streamline technical processes.
She has served the community in many volunteer endeavors and is active in professional organizations, such as the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), Northern New Jersey Chapter. She is the Newsletter Editor of the Livingston AARP Chapter, was a Certified Medicare Counselor (2010-2013) and is a Notary Public of New Jersey.

Her knack for organizing is rooted in her ability to focus on the task at hand -- whatever that might be -- dealing with paperwork, de-cluttering, organizing multitudes of items. Susan enjoys being part of a team, recognizing how key collaboration is to figuring out what’s important, and strategizing to meet those goals.
Susan’s background is in education (BS, Boston University) and professionally, for many years was a set designer. Besides organizing, Susan also partners with Lead Organizer Kim Martins on running estate sales, as well as enjoys selling vintage collectibles at flea markets. She is also a skilled quilter!
