Prior to the pandemic, your family had daily systems and established routines that evolved out of set activities and responsibilities. Even if they were not perfect, you had an idea of what they were. For example, scheduled outside activities determined mealtimes, homework times, bedtimes and even household chore times. Now much of that has shifted, as families have lost these familiar guideposts for structuring the day. Additionally, with most or all family members home, there is an increase in the daily household upkeep that requires a shift in level of individual responsibilities. Has your family considered what is or is not working? Has your family collaborated yet to reset those systems and routines? Join DIANE THOMSON, Life Management/ADHD Coach and Professional Organizer. She will help you consider the adjustments to better balance your daily life and act on what matters most to you at this most unusual time.
Instructor will email Zoom link shortly before class begins.
